Welcome to the Co-livingand serviced apartments.
At the Kerlin you can book a serviced apartment (with your own kitchen) for a long stay, workation, work away from home or one of our hotel rooms as part of the co-living concept – here you use a shared kitchen. Each of our rooms and serviced apartments is equipped with a private bathroom with toilet and shower, closet, desk, bed and TV.
The monthly fee includes taxes (excl. City-Tax on the first 21 nights), fiber optic wifi, the weekly cleaning incl. Towel and bed linen change.
Room
The serviced apartments, ideal for a longstay in Berlin are 27sqm in size and, in addition to the standard room facilities, are also equipped with their own kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and induction stove), kitchen island, Smart TV and small sofa. The normal rooms have a size of 11 – 32 sqm.

Micro Room
Our micro rooms are “small but nice”. They are 11 m² in size and equipped with a bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), a desk with chair, a safe, a flat-screen TV and a closet. The single bed is 90 cm wide and 2 m long. All micro rooms face the backyard.
Single room
Our single rooms (on the ground floor with a view of the backyard) are 13 m² in size, equipped with a bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), desk with chair, flat-screen TV, safe and closet. The single beds have a comfortable width of 1.20 m.
Classic Queen
Our Classic Queen rooms are approx. 15m² in size and have their own bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), desk with chair, flat-screen TV, closet and safe. The Classic Queen has a full-length mattress with a total width of 1.40m. The ideal comfort for business travelers and single travelers who want to spend several nights in our hotel. All our Classic Queen rooms are facing the rear courtyard.
Classic Twin
Our Classic Twin rooms are approx. 18 m² in size and have a modern bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, closet and safe. In the Classic Twin there are two mattresses in a queen-size bed (total width 1.60 m). The Classic Twin rooms face the rear courtyard.
Deluxe Queen
Our deluxe rooms are approx. 20 m² in size and offer you a pleasant ambience. Each room has a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer as well as a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, closet and safe. An additional seating area invites you to linger. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60 m wide), which promises you a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy the combination of modern comfort and the inspiring atmosphere of the city!
Salon Room
Our salon rooms are over 30 m² in size and have a bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), a table with chairs, flat-screen TV, safe, closet and a sofa. The salon rooms are equipped with double beds or a full-length mattress with a total width of 180-200 cm. All salon rooms face the rear courtyard and are therefore quiet. These rooms are ideal for families and couples who want extra comfort.
Berlin balcony room
Our balcony room is 25 m² in size and is equipped with a bathroom (shower, WC and hairdryer), a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, closet, safe and a seating area. The room has a king-size bed (1.80m). The balcony offers various seating options with a view of the green Parisian street. Even in fall and winter, you can end the day here comfortably with our blankets and a glass of red wine. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a small fridge. There is also a pedestal fan for the summer.
Studio
The studio is a modern room of approx. 28 m² with a sliding door (divided into bedroom and living room with kitchen and kitchen island). It is equipped with a private bathroom (shower/WC), a desk, small sofa bed, SmartTV, 1.40m wide bed, closet and safe. Our studios with fully equipped kitchen are perfect for a family or a longer stay for business or solo travelers. All studios are very quietly located facing the backyard.

Guests can come for visits. You must be registered and pay an amount of 15€ the night. If guests are not registered there is a penalty of 100€. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the house. Via calendar link the slot is booked. There is an additional clothes horse on each floor. There are some rules to follow in the house, these are handed out when you move out and you have to sign that you follow the rules.
FAQ
This is how our check-in works: After you have completed and paid for your booking, we will send you an e-mail one day before arrival with a link for online check-in as well as a code. Click on this link to fill out the online check-in! The check-in is then completed. All you need then to enter the hotel and your room is the code we sent you in the email with. With this code you can get the key card. The key card allows access to the hotel as well as to the room. Alternatively, you can download our app (Kerlin – Android and iOs compatible) and register there to receive the key directly on your phone. This digitalized check-in process saves you time and you can arrive flexibly, around the clock!
A registration (accommodation provider confirmation) is issued only from a stay of 3 months (to international guests) and from 6 months to national guests.
The room should be paid in full, including the final cleaning fee. Then an acceptance takes place and the deposit is transferred back about 1 month later.
We are available daily by bell at the entrance door, by phone, contact form via the digital guest folder, by e-mail or whatsapp (for this please just scan the QR code in the room on the desk). Furthermore, our on-site cleaning staff can also be contacted with any questions or problems.
