Plus a deposit of €950, refunded after you move out. City tax: €950 ÷ 30 × 21 = €665, net €621.50, 7.5% of that = €46.61.
Form, email or Eve: your preferred room, move-in date and length of stay. We reply with availability and an offer.
You confirm and pay the first month and the deposit. The room is then firmly reserved for your dates.
On move-in day you check in yourself at the kiosk from 3 pm and get your key card. You sign the house rules when you move in.
Rent is paid monthly in advance. Your room is cleaned once a week, with fresh towels and bed linen.
Vacate the room by 11 am, a short check of the room, and your deposit is transferred back about one month later.
When the desk in your room is not enough: coworking at Space37 is included for you, in the same building. Renting the whole room exclusively, for a meeting or workshop, can be booked separately.

At least one month and at most six months. Within that range you book exactly the period you need.
No. You book firmly for the chosen period; the booking cannot be cancelled or ended early. An extension is possible subject to availability.
The furnished room with private bathroom, electricity, heating, water, fibre Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen, and VAT. Extras are only the city tax (7.5% on the first 21 nights), the washer and dryer (€5 per load each, detergent included), the final cleaning (€50) and, if applicable, a second person.
Monthly in advance by bank transfer, by credit card in exceptional cases. Before moving in you pay the first month and a deposit of one month’s rent.
After you move out and the room has been checked, about one month later by bank transfer.
Yes, with a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung): for international guests from a stay of 3 months, for guests from Germany from 6 months.
There is no reception. On move-in day you check in yourself at the kiosk in the entrance from 3 pm and receive your key card for the building and your room.
Eve, the digital concierge, around the clock. For everything else, email us or use the digital guest directory. Our cleaning team is also in the building regularly.
Berlin charges an accommodation tax of 7.5% of the net price (excluding VAT), but only for the first 21 nights. We calculate it like this: monthly price ÷ 30 × 21 nights, take the net amount, and 7.5% of that. For the single room (€950) that is a one-off €46.61. From the 22nd night there is no city tax.
Dogs are welcome in selected rooms. Just mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you which rooms fit.
Yes, you can use the coworking space at Space37 in the same building at no extra cost. Only renting the whole room exclusively, for example for a meeting or workshop, costs extra.
Yes. Overnight visitors must be registered and cost €15 per night. If a visitor is not registered, we charge €100. For longer visits there are rooms at Boutique Hotel Kerlin in the same building.
The serviced apartment and the salon room with kitchen have their own kitchen, the Berlin balcony room a small kitchenette. All other rooms share the kitchen on the ground floor. Washer and dryer cost €5 per load each, detergent included, and drying racks are free.
No, the upper floors are reached by stairs. The ground-floor rooms are step-free (only a threshold) but not wheelchair accessible.
